General description: A beautiful pepper in the shape of a mushroom, with an average length of five cm and a diameter of three cm, and have a round shape with a wrinkled and knotted appearance. The skin is wrinkled and shiny, ripening from green to yellow/red when mature. Beneath the surface, the flesh is crisp and pale yellow/red, the pepper has an aroma with a fruity, citrus flavor mixed with strong spices. The spiciness is not evenly distributed, not spicy on the sides and very spicy in the middle
Uses: Easily dried, powders and grinds can be made, great for filling meat or cheeses and can also be used fresh for salads, sauces, pickling and cooking.
