Tamar's Spicy pickled cucumbers
Ingredients:

Cucumbers as many as fit in a jar

2 tablespoons of vinegar

1 tablespoon of salt
-
1-2 glasses of water
-
Dill
-
Head of garlic cut crosswise (no need to peel)

Any chilli peppers you want, super hot is also possible
Preparation:

Cut off the ends of the cucumbers and arrange them in a glass jar that closes well. Insert the chilli peppers.

Boil water in a ratio of 1 flat teaspoon of salt to a glass of water.

Cover the cucumbers and peppers with dill.

Pour the boiling water over the dill-covered cucumbers and peppers, up to the rim.

Close and wait patiently for a few days. Two or three days in the summer, more in the winter.
