Spicy pickled lemon spread
Ingredients:

1 kg of lemons

4 teaspoons of salt

1 teaspoon sweet paprika

2 lemon drop pepper
To increase the level of spiciness, you can use Peach Ghost Scorpion pepper
Preparation:

Cut the lemons into slices, place in a bowl, sprinkle with salt and paprika and mix.

Put the lemons in a jar and squeeze them.

Close the jar tightly and place on the counter.

For the first 4 days, open the lid every day to release the gases.

The lemons will be ready after 10 days.

Add the hot peppers and grind everything in a food processor.

Can be kept in the refrigerator for a long time.
