Spicy pickled lemon spread


  • 1 kg of lemons

  • 4 teaspoons of salt

  • 1 teaspoon sweet paprika

  • 2 lemon drop pepper

To increase the level of spiciness, you can use Peach Ghost Scorpion pepper


  • Cut the lemons into slices, place in a bowl, sprinkle with salt and paprika and mix.

  • Put the lemons in a jar and squeeze them.

  • Close the jar tightly and place on the counter.

  • For the first 4 days, open the lid every day to release the gases.

  • The lemons will be ready after 10 days.

  • Add the hot peppers and grind everything in a food processor.

  • Can be kept in the refrigerator for a long time.
